''Hey,Can I ask you a question vermissen _____?'' I cocked my head to his deep accented voice. It was day three since he'd first come here and we'd been getting along great! ''Yes.'' I finally answered before setting down the hem of the blanket down on my lap. ''What exactly..can you see? If you dont mind me asking.'' I pursed my lips, ''well'' I heard the shifting of paper as I heard him get up, I turned to where the big,bluish blur was. ''I can tell that you're very tall, six feet maybe?'' I guess, I heard a rumble of laughter sound throughout his chest. ''Six ft five.'' he answered. I brought my hands together and clapped.


''And I see...i splotch of yellow, are you blonde?'' ''Mmhm.'' I felt this soft hospital mattress change its at weight,he was sitting on the bed. ''I can see color...and shapes.'' I laughed at myself. ''Hm,do you know what you look like?'' he asked me and I felt myself shrug at this. ''I know im, (tall short) and I have (hair length/color) Hair. And (eyecolor) eyes. And i'm (skin color).'' I felt around for my pillow,guessing what I was trying to do,ludwig helped me lie back.

''Did anyone ever tell you that you were beautiful?'' he breathed. I had been taken so off guard by this that I didnt realize that I was stuttering. ''N-no just that I play beautiful.'' I managed to get out. I chewed on my bottom lip and turned my head to face the white splotch that was the wall. ''Thank you.'' I sighed. And he laughed again,a deep purr. I felt my lips curl into a smile and I sat up once more. ''Can you turn my ipod on?'' I asked politely. ''  Welches Lied,what song?'' he asked. I thought about it for a minute,Dearly beloved by kaoru wada, its in the 'D's.'' I answered.


''Geliebte,it is.'' he told me, ''I assume you want your violin?'' I let out a sigh of defeat and nodded. Then I turned my head to listen to him rummage through the underside of my bed. I felt my precious instrument touch my lap,and then my bow and I made out the curvy,brown music maker,i assembled it and jumped into the song that was filling the room. I heard ludwigs easy breathing that was slowly tuned out of there. I felt a pair of hand stop mine from playing and I jerked because it startled me. ''Wha-'' ''The men of my country would kill for a frau like you.'' Ludwig said softly. I flinched and shook my hands loose. ''Dont.'' I told him. ''You're just boosting an ego that doesnt need it, dont waste your kind words on me.'' I tried to snap at him as nicely as I could. I didnt need anyone coming in here and giving me hopes I didnt want. My life was far to gone for that,young as I may be.

''Est tut mir lied.'' he mumbled a little confused,i went back to playing. I knew my bottom lip had jut out and I knew my eyes held water in them but I wouldnt show him that, it had only been three days damn it. When I finished I set my violin down. I could feel that ludwig was still on the bed beside me. ''why do you stop me from complimenting you?'' he pressed and pressed. ''Because.'' was as simple as an answer I could give him. I felt him grunt in what seemed like frustration and I heard more shuffling. ''Well, Im leaving now. I'll be back early tomorrow. Gut?'' I let my bottom lip slip out so many times like i'd done this evening. ''gut.'' I repeated as if I knew what it meant. He ruffled my hair. ''I'll be seeing you,meine musiker.'' he cooed and I heard the door shut. I sat there for a minute.I hope I wasnt rude to him. And I hoped he came back.~



I sat in my Car and sighed rubbing my temples rougly. ''Verdammt!'' I said hitting the saddle of the passenger seat. Dear Bruder, Es tut mir leid, dass ich mehr konnte weg sein als ich es versprochen,I think I fell in love.*
